Since 1 July 2020, South Africa has enforced and introduced the Protection Of Personal Information Act (POPI Act),
which stipulates that all companies or organistations that handle public sensitive infromation to comply with the regulation.

Zela Projects (Pty) Ltd complies to handle all sensitive information of its clients
in accordance of the POPI Act. Zela Projects (Pty) Ltd will not:

- Share any of its clients information with any third parties.
- Will keep any records such as Identification Documents, Pictures, Physical Address and other sensitive information it uses from the public.
- Will maintain and only use infromation about its clients and business partners private from any other parties.

Zela Projects (Pty) Ltd maintains its transparency with its clients and business partners to always serve them in thier best intrest.
